this client needed to improve access and functionality of the front of their dwelling. after completing a renovation of the interior and rear of the property the scope was to match the modern design ques that had previously been determined. as a result an ultra modern simplistic approach was taken with nice bold lines and black powder coated steel complimented by a beautiful set of floating stairs with polished concrete throughout.
